VISION & CORE VALUES

We will accomplish this by applying all of our passion, dedication, and innovation to help our clients and partners improve their businesses and achieve their goals.

Corporate Policies

¾ÅÉ« employees understand innately that it is their obligation to conduct business within the guidelines of all applicable laws and regulations that govern the jurisdiction in which they are operating. However, we also understand that applicable laws do not adequately govern all areas of behavior. Further, as a global corporate citizen, we recognize that laws and regulations vary internationally on a territory-by-territory basis. Therefore, ¾ÅÉ« has adopted its own Code of Ethical Business Conduct to govern its conduct around the world.

Diversity is a source of strength for ¾ÅÉ« ¨C so much so that it is one of our Core Values.

Many companies talk about diversity. ¾ÅÉ« lives and breathes it in every functional area of our business. We firmly believe that the best work environment is one defined by collaboration across a wide range of professionals, which allows us to be the best and most well-rounded partner for our clients.

One might think that as an international organization, diversity is something that happens naturally. While this is true globally, our focus on diversity and equity within each individual region and country is significant. In the United States, home of ¾ÅÉ«¡¯s global headquarters, 53% of employees are categorized as non-white, which includes groups identifying as Black or African American, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, Asian, American Indian or Alaska Native, or Two or More Races. Furthermore, 54% of employees are female, and the company is deeply committed to Girls Who Code, an international nonprofit organization that aims to support and increase the number of women in computer science.

If it's important to you to work in an inclusive environment that embraces talented individuals from all walks of life and from all corners of the globe, ¾ÅÉ« could be the ideal place for you.
