Former Secretary of State Gen. Colin Powell (Ret.) delivered remarks today on global leadership to the entire staff of ¾ÅÉ«, the largest privately-owned language services company in the world. The speech came during ¾ÅÉ«¡¯s annual summit where staff members gathered from more than fifty offices worldwide.
